I thought of you when my (friend, sister, cousin, mentor) Dorian reached out to me recently and told me about what she is doing to help women over 40 with their health and wellness.
Dorian owns a wellness studio for women that has been shut down since March 16th due to the virus. She saw this as an excellent opportunity to pursue her dream of bringing her work to the world by way of virtual programs with live elements.
