I'm Dorian, and I have worked with thousands of women over age 40 since 2009. Together, we journey to the reinvention of their bodies and their lives through wellness.

In 2008 I unexpectedly found myself divorced, and a single mom with three young daughters.

Now I had to care for my kids, run my business, AND deal with a divorce.

At the same time, my hormones were starting to change. I was 47, and both my body and life were changing. I was stressed out, not sleeping well and didn’t feel good about myself.

That’s when I realized that what I was experiencing was not unique to me. Most of my fitness clients were experiencing the same thing.
