Hi. I'm Dorian, your Happy Body coach.
Since 2009, I've worked with thousands of women over age 40. I've coached them along their journey to the reinvention of their bodies and lives through wellness.
It didn't come easily to me...
In 2008, I unexpectedly found myself divorced and a single mom with three young daughters.
Now, I had to care for my kids, run my business, AND deal with a divorce.
At the same time, my hormones were starting to change. I was 47 and both my body and life were changing. I was stressed out, not sleeping well, and didn’t feel good about myself.
That’s when I realized that what I was experiencing was not unique to me. Many of my fitness clients were experiencing the same thing.
So, I set out on a course to find a solution for both myself and my clients.

Get Started NowWeek 1: Habit-Based Lifestyle Nutrition
Who needs another diet? In Week 1, we’ll bring awareness to your eating habits and learn how nutrition can encourage hormonal balance and healthy body composition.
You'll get support with our done-for-you meal plans, delicious and family-friendly recipes, grocery lists, and coaching.
In six weeks, you’ll replace sugar cravings and habits that do not serve you with healthy habit-based lifestyle nutrition.
What we'll work on:
✔ Why eating slowly will benefit your metabolism, lower stress levels, and help to calm you.
✔ How to adopt this new habit.
✔ Bring more joy to your relationship with food.
Week 2: Form-First Exercise
Now that you're settled into your nutrition and meal planning and you’ve checked out the virtual exercise studio, it’s time to customize your perfect exercise routine.
This exercise plan will fuse with your meal plan to amp up your metabolism and burn fat, getting you back driving your wellness wagon. The best part is that you can do it anywhere, any time.
What we'll work on:
✔ How to listen to your body and your instructors.
✔ Best practices for best workouts.
Week 3: Stress Management Starts with Stress Awareness
You’re on a roll with your meals and your movement! Now don't let stress sabotage your efforts. Stress and lack of sleep can cause the body to hang on to fat.
This week, our focus will be calming down and getting better rest.
What we'll work on:
✔ Learn that stress is a major factor in weight management & hormonal balance.
✔ Practice different stress-reducing techniques by calming and grounding yourself daily.
Week 4: Crafting Your Future Through Wellness, Mindset, Purpose & Vision
Lasting motivation is fueled by emotional connection. This week, you’ll get crystal clear on what you want your life to look like through your new wellness and WHY!
What we'll work on:
✔ Craft your personal wellness vision statement with a progression of daily thought exercises.
Week 5: Knowledge is Power; Understand Your Body
One of the biggest reasons women over 40 struggle with hormonal change is that they are uninformed. Once you understand hormonal change, it's easy to make a wellness plan and make lifestyle changes to create and live in a body you love.
What we'll work on:
✔ Insulin resistance
✔ Fat & hormones
✔ Hydration and more
Week 6: Building Community; We were meant to be together!
As we wrap up the challenge, we'll focus on the power of support, accountability, friendship, and the fellowship of women in wellness. Women are hard-wired to do things together, and community is key to long-term success. In Week 6, we'll enjoy daily reflection exercises on the journey we've been on together.
What we'll work on:
✔ Share your experience with our tribe of amazing women
✔ Get ideas and support from the other women
